Dewar tanks are stainless steel pressure vessels with super vacuum insulation, designed for storage, transportation and use of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon or carbon dioxide. Manufactured to DOT4L standards, these vessels are used for reliable and economical transport and storage of cryogenic liquid gases, as well as on-site storage and supply of cryogenic liquid gases in a wide range of applications.
Dewars have two main advantages:
1. Compared with compressed gas cylinders, it can hold a large amount of gas at a relatively low pressure.
2. It provides a low-temperature liquid source that is easy to handle.
Due to the firmness and reliability of the Dewar tank, its long retention time, and its own gas supply system, its built-in vaporizer can continuously output normal temperature gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon) with a flow rate up to 9.2m3/h, and the maximum constant output pressure of the gas can reach 1.2 MPa (medium pressure type)/2.2 MPa (high pressure type), fully meet the gas consumption requirements under normal circumstances. If the user uses a large gas flow, multiple Dewar tanks can be connected in parallel or an external vaporizer can be installed to meet the gas supply requirements. By installing an external vaporizer, the maximum output flow of a single Dewar tank can reach 30m3/h.
