Regarding the visit of American customers to factories

Recently, a US client visited Shandong Yong'an Special Equipment Company for inspection and met with our Chairman, Mr. Zhu Kongjue. Firstly, the customer came to our Hedong factory area with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of the production process and quality control system of seamless gas cylinders.

When the customer arrives at our factory, we will have a brief internal meeting to discuss. Mr. Zhu focused on introducing our company's scale and understanding the gas cylinder standards and specifications required by the customer. During the discussion, the client mentioned the DOT2400 and UN ISO standards recognized in the United States, as well as the market demand for 44L and 49L. Our technical manager stated that we can provide certification for such specifications, and the client also expressed a good desire for long-term cooperation in the future.

In the morning, our technical manager and business manager jointly received customers to visit several seamless gas cylinder production lines in Hedong District, and explained each production process in detail. Starting from the raw materials, we gradually went through processes such as laser cutting, bottom collection, manual inspection, closing, normalizing, flaw detection, upper neck ring, adding steel seal, water pressure testing, internal polishing, external polishing, rust removal, spray coating, valve installation, and airtight testing, and finally, the gas cylinder was stored in the warehouse. In terms of production technology, our company basically adopts automation technology to achieve automated production and management level to a certain extent. At the same time, we pay attention to manual inspection in the production process, gradually and effectively identify unqualified finished products, and ensure that the products meet the standards and achieve quality.

When passing through explosives placed outside the factory area, the customer raised questions and inquired about the qualification rate of our gas cylinders during the production process. Regarding the gas cylinders with cracks caused by blasting, our company conducted sample cylinder inspections during the mass production process, using maximum working pressure to inspect the gas cylinders. During the production process, the qualification rate of the gas cylinders can reach 99.99%. Based on this, the customer highly praised the strict quality control system in the factory and the production process that meets international standards.

In the afternoon, the customer visited the Junan factory area and not only visited the new seamless gas cylinder production workshop, but also gained a deeper understanding of the manufacturing process of Dewar cylinders. During the visit, the client raised specific requirements regarding labor costs in the United States, such as confirming the inclusion of pallets or pallets in future collaborations, as well as specifying plastic film packaging for valves and adding QR codes. At the same time, the demand for Dewar bottles in the US market was raised. However, in response to our GB China standard, the customer requested a DOT standard. We had in-depth discussions and exchanges with our engineers and technical team regarding technical details, product design, and process improvement.

After the visit, the clients expressed their sincere appreciation to our company and expressed their willingness to further cooperate with Chairman Zhu. Both sides agree that this visit not only deepened mutual understanding, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. Both sides will continue to maintain close cooperation and jointly promote the development of the seamless gas cylinder industry.
